Investigation Of Macrofungi Resources In Qilianshan National Nature Reserve And The Construction Of Five Banks Of Economic Macrofungi

Macrofungi is an important part of the ecosystem.Qilian Mountain,as one of the important mountains in Northwest China,has suffered serious damage to its macrofungi species resources.To protect and make use of the macrofungi resources in the Qilianshan National Natural Reserve,the author comprehensively collected and identified the macrofungi in the reserve.The author also sorted out and summarized the macrofungi with economic value and the resources of these macrofungi were conserved remotely.In this study,the random investigation was used to conduct surveys and take samples in 20 Conservation Stations of Qilianshan National Nature Reserve from June 2018 to September2019,and a total of 3000 specimens were collected.Based on the morphological identification of macrofungi,214 species of macrofungi were obtained,belonging to 80 genera,36 families,13 orders,4 classes,2 phyla,including 197 species from 10 orders,29 families,70 genera belong to Basidiomycota,and 17 species from 3 orders,7 families,10 genera belong to Ascomycota,among which 71 species were newly recorded in Gansu Province.This paper introduces the economic value of macrofungi resources in Qilianshan National Nature Reserve from three aspects of edible,medicinal,and non-toxic,and sorts out 68 kinds of edible fungi,43 kinds of medicinal fungi,and 27 kinds of poisonous fungi,which is helpful for people to recognize these economic value of macrofungi,so that people can reasonably develop and utilize them,at the same time,it paves the way for further researchThe diversity of 214 species of macrofungi was analyzed.Among the three altitude ranges,the altitudes of 2500-3000 m contain the largest amount of macrofungi with 195 species,then the altitudes of 2000-2500 m with 32 species and the altitudes of 3000-3500 m contains the least amount of macrofungi with 26 species.Among the five forest types,the coniferous forest contain 186 species,the shrub is the least,only 2 species.Through the analysis of ? diversity,it is concluded that the species richness is higher and the species evenness is lower in Qilianshan National Nature Reserve.By using the methods of strain preservation,living tissue preservation,molecular biology,and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,the spawn bank,viable tissue bank,gene bank,compound bank,and comprehensive information bank of macrofungi in Qilianshan National Nature Reserve were preliminarily constructed,which added valuable macrofungi information for Qilian Mountain area and completed the research of some macrofungi remote conservation.At present,there are 30 species(75 species in total)in the spawn bank;there are 1573 living tissues in the viable tissue bank,including 216 living tissues of economic macrofungi;there are357 DNA samples and their ITS sequences in the gene bank,including 50 DNA samples and their ITS sequences of economic macrofungi;there are compound information and chromatograms of three kinds of economic macrofungi in the compound bank,and the basic information of 3034 specimens in the comprehensive information bank.
