Nowadays, with the continuous development of micro-electronics technology, the integration of a chip is higher and higher.System on Chip is becoming more and more complicated. How to put each IP effectively integrated on a chip, and also can satisfy the area, power consumption, time delay and so on,is becoming the urgent demand of the present integrated circuit design field.This topic is based on the research institute of CETC58 "radar controF".This paper research each of the IP module in the project,studies the backend design of the integrated circuit. The main content of this paper is as follows:the function of the radar control chip and how to work; backend design of the chip.at this part,the pionts are the power design clock tree synthesis and placement.; The security of design are the design of crosstalk, ESD design and the effect of the antenna.This SoC chip integrated two million gates,the highest frequency is 80MHz, use the SMIC 0.18um one poly six metal logic CMOS manufacture technology.This product has been successfully developed, each function can meet the design requirements. As the successful development of the chip, editor accunulated various experiences,and accelerated the back-end design level of the editor to a higher step.
