Saas-Based Small And Micro Enterprise Staff Information Management System

Traditional enterprise staff management systems belong to single-user customization system. Such systems require not only a lot of software and hardware costs but also professional maintenance staff, it is a burden for small micro enterprise. With the advent of the era of cloud computing, "software as a service"(Saa S) mode arises at the historic moment. In order to decrease the costs of software development and maintenance, small micro enterprises can rent software services to manage its employees information. Therefore, in this paper a employee information management system based on the Saa S mode is developed, which is suitable for many small micro enterprises.In this paper, a Saa S mode-based employee information management system for small and micro enterprises is designed and implemented, which uses the object-oriented method and the design concept of Saa S mode.Firstly, we analyze the present situation and existing problems of the small miniature enterprise at home and abroad, and introduces the design concept of Saa S model and related systems based on Saa S model at home and abroad, and we put forward the development of small micro enterprise staff management system based on Saa S model.Secondly, by analyzing the demands of small micro enterprise based on the pattern of Saa S, we divide the system into staff management, wage management, attendance management, disciplinary management and account management, and give the system’s overall architecture, function design and case design.Thirdly, according to the system demand analysis, we show you the detail design of every function, the business logic design of the system function module, the class diagram design and the database design.Finally, based on the function of the system design and detailed design, we achieve the development of the system using Java Web technology, and introduce the key technology that we have used in the development process.
