With the development of Internet and cloud computing technology,more and more enterprise management system vendors no longer adopt the On-Premise model,providing cloud services is becoming popular.Success Factors is a global leading human capital management system based on the Saa S model.A large number of customers are distributed in different industries,due to whir own characteristics,the requirements for employee profile management are different.For this reason,the employee profile subsystem needs to have well configurability,can be customized according to customer requirements,and construct and manage employee profile flexibly.Besides,corresponding data management and data interface functions are also required,so that administrators could manage data easily and the external system could integrate employee profile data through the data interface.The thesis illustrates the project background,explains the concept of human capital management,the advantages of the Saa S model,and the important role of the employee background information subsystem.It summarizes the current development status of Saa S and human capital management system and summarizes related technologies such as Service Component Architecture,Seam Framework,SAP HANA,Meta Data Framework,and RESTful.The thesis clarifies the project boundary,analyzes the stakeholders within the boundary,and conducts requirement analysis based on it,refines six functions: data model configuration,page configuration,basic information management,background information management,data management,and data Interface.Based on this the thesis explains the working principle,defines the data model and data interface,finishes the architecture design by software architecture 4+1 view model,finishes function composition design,finishes database design by ER diagram.The five modules are designed in detail with class diagrams and sequence diagrams,etc.,the thesis gives specific implementation details,and finishes system testing.The functions involved in the thesis have been put into use,which effectively resolved the configurability problem of the background information function,and satisfied the requirements of customers for customization of background information,and has been approved by customers.
