With market competitions getting increasingly fierce,enterprises now propose higher and higher requirements on efficiency.The old extensive operation model is outdated.Enterprises need to introduce in better management methods,and informatization is the only way for them to enhance efficiency.Under previous mode,purchasing an information system suitable for the company's operation condition is costly.Moreover,the risk of failure is fairly high.That's the reason why informatization degree of Chinese enterprises is generally low now.With popularization of basic Iaa S cloud service,acquisition cost of underlying network gets lower and lower.Therefore,studying design of an Saa S mobile CRM system for small and medium-sized enterprises,which is used as needed and charged by data is of great practical significance.For requirements analysis stage,this thesis analyzed actual requirements of enterprises in sales management and extracted their requirements on CRM based on the work scenarios of company executives and salesmen.For company executives,the three major requirements are filing of electronic sales data,sales behavior monitoring and data decision-making support.For salesmen,usability of the software is the most important.This thesis discussed requirements of both management and usability on CRM system.For design stage,this thesis presented general functional design,flow chart design,UML class diagram design and database design for the system based on general characteristics of mobile Saa S and analysis results of requirements.With regard to functional structure design,this thesis introduced six modules,namely customer,contract orders,marketing opportunity,customer visit plan,remind and statistical statement.In design of the mobile end,the author summarized functions most frequently used by the salesmen and removed functions for the executives in order to meet the salesmen's requirement on usability.When designing the flow chart and class diagram,the author used UML language and sorted the relatively complicated statistical module,customer module and message module.When designing the database,the author observed the design principle of relational database.For the implementation stage,the author used Java language,Spring-MVC development framework,Vus.js front-end framework,Mysql business database and Postgre Sql data warehouse to implement the whole system.It can basically meet sales management requirements of micro,small and medium-sized enterprises and can help greatly enhance the enterprises' management efficiency.
