Food safety is the premise and basis of our consumer safety,life safety,and life safety.It is related to the quality of life and health of each of us.Among the food production enterprises in China,the majority of small and medium-sized food production enterprises have a series of problems such as lack of talent,backward technology,insufficient funds,poor health environment,and low management level.The introduction of a suitable information management software system will help solve the problems of non-standard enterprise management,high production quality risk,difficulty in product traceability,and low operational efficiency.Due to the large number of small and medium-sized food production enterprises,if the customized production and operation management system promotion model is used,there are shortcomings such as high cost of system construction,implementation and maintenance,and long implementation period,which is difficult to rapidly promote and apply.The development and implementation of a SaaS-based production operation management system for small and medium-sized food production companies can save a large amount of software and hardware investment for the enterprise,and the operation and maintenance costs are also very convenient and quick.This article is to carry out relevant research and development and application work in response to the above requirements.The main work accomplished in this paper is as follows:1.To investigate the differences between the needs of small and medium-sized food manufacturers and the production of different types of food,and to analyze the business process and information management needs of several typical food manufacturers.2.According to the application requirements of a unified low-cost management platform for small and medium-sized food production enterprises,the overall architecture of the production and operation management system for small and medium food enterprises based on the SaaS model was proposed,and a system application support system based on the multi-layer structure of the cloud platform was designed.3.Based on the common management characteristics of small and medium-sized food production enterprises,a business module suitable for the operation and management of various food production enterprises was developed and designed,including: material management,procurement management,quality inspection management,production management,sales management,traceability management,statistics Analysis and other modules,development and application of some software function modules.The research work of this paper has certain characteristics and innovations in the construction of the SaaS model production and operation management system for medium and small-sized food production enterprises,the flexible and configurable management of various food production companies,and the two-way traceability of food production processes.The system has been promoted and applied in more than 1,000 small and medium-sized food production enterprises in S City,which verifies the effectiveness and advancement of the system.The system is expected to be further promoted in more small and medium-sized food production enterprises to achieve greater social and economic benefits.
