Accompanied by the gradual deepening of economic globalization, the Internet is the wave of information technology increasingly irresistible, enterprises face increasingly fierce market competition, which is not only a challenge but also an opportunity. In this context, how to combine the survival of the enterprise customers and the Internet,how to let the customers’resource become more effective and useful, that is a prominent problem, and the same time the needs of the market based customer relationship management (Customer Relationship Management CRM) system the high cost of such systems has been more recognition and pro-lai, based on the idea of customer relationship management, designed and implemented web-based this SME customer relationship management system.The focus of this paper is to illustrate the process of using software engineering theory and implementation of customer relationship management system.1. describes the current situation and the need to address the problem of customer relationship management system,the modern enterprise information system urgently requires to provide networking capabilities;2. Expound the key architecture technology of system development, the.NET absolutely is the most appropriate choice of developing customer relationship management system;3. Combined enterprise’s actual needs of the customer resource management, conduct a feasibility analysis and demand analysis, use the graphical UML language to modeling for system, design system’s modules and database carefully;4. selected some key parts of the system carefully, show implementation process of the encoding;5. summarizes the characteristics of the system, as well as the difficulties and solutions. The system includes the basic customer information management, customer transaction information management, product information management, customer service feedback management, valuation and tables and reports, customers work assessment, a variety of market forecasts, IT maintenance and other basic functions, these features can meet business needs of the vast majority of small and medium-sized enterprises.
