The global economy is becoming more and more intense,as the largest commercial vehicle market in the world,China's commercial vehicle industry is facing great opportunities and challenges.In order to gain obvious competitive advantage in such a fierce competitive environment,the digital and information transformation of enterprises is an essential step.Due to the high degree of customization of commercial vehicles,enterprises are required to have reasonable information management means to manage the vehicle pre-sales and sales process.The purpose of pre-sales management is to tap customers,and CRM takes the customer as the core and helps companies realize a customer-centric management model,the CRM system can effectively solve the current difficult problems of enterprise pre-sales management.However,for small and medium-sized commercial vehicle enterprises,it is high risk to spend a high price to customize a set of software system.Therefore,in order to effectively reduce the cost of enterprise informatization,the CRM system of SaaS mode has become the best choice.Firstly,this paper studies and discusses SaaS,expounds the basic concepts and characteristics of SaaS,introduces five maturity models of SaaS mode,researches the user access control technology under SaaS mode,and proposes an extended RBAC model under SaaS mode.In order to adapt to the requirements and characteristics of CRM system,the traditional RBAC model is extended.Combined with the characteristics of SaaS,a kind of RBAC model under SaaS mode is established by using vector mapping.Secondly,through the demand investigation of the prototype enterprise,the existing problems of the enterprise are analyzed,and the overall requirements of CRM system based on SaaS platform are summarized.Then the UML use case diagram is used to model for the main functional modules of the system,and the current sales business and process of the enterprise is analyzed through the flow chart,so as to make the demand analysis of the system more scientific and reasonable.After that,through the analysis of the business and related tasks in each stage of sales,we can know the control difficulties of the system.We can also know that customer management and sales process management are the most difficult to control,and the biggest factors to affect the order success rate.Therefore,the logistic regression model is proposed to analyze the key factors of the successful order,and the order success rate can be predicted through the relevant data.In this paper,SPSS software is used to solve the model,the fitting degree of the result model is good,and the success rate of the model prediction is relatively high.Finally,the CRM system under SaaS mode is implemented,each functional module of the platform is realized,and some functional modules are briefly described.This paper compares the three SaaS multi-tenant modes,and selects the most suitable design scheme of shared database and shared data table for this system,and the SaaS multi-tenant design is carried out.The service system studied in this paper has been put into use initially.According to the feedback of a bus company,it is found that the whole vehicle sales and the management of the sales process have initially realized informatization and digitization.Through the system cooperation,all departments have clarified the responsibilities of all departments and improved the work efficiency of employees.
