With the development and integration of Internet technology and information technology,a new software model is developing rapidly,with which the users can rent software services accroding to their own needs without care about the physical environment for software development.The software model mentione d above is "Cloud Computing Technology".SaaS is one of the models of cloud computing,in SaaS model,the users can rent software services from the software service providers.Users can use these software services through their Web browsers.Softwares based on SaaS can be promoted rapidly with the Internet,and save the social resources at the same time.The Cloud Computing Platform for Small Scale Businesses is designed for small Micro-serverce business in the field of commercial circulation,it's a a set of information technology solutions.The system operation is based on the SaaS mode.It can meet the small micro-service business operators' daily production and management needs.It can achieve the entire process of production and management,commodity life cycle management.This paper is organized according to the process and method of software engineering.Firstly,put forward the demand of the system from the function and performance.In the detailed design stage,firstly,designed the system from the system fuction structure and system architecture.Divide the system into ten functional modules: store management,order management,inventory and purchasing management and so on.According to the system requirement,using micro-service architecture based on Spring Cloud for development.Then the project modules and database are designed in detail.And it designs solution program for the tenant rights control and tenant data isolation,which is SaaS mode software faced.In the system implementation,using Java as back-end development language and using Spring MVC to stratify.The front-end uses the mini MVVM framework Avalon as the development framework to achieve the system.At the same time,using the consistency hash algorithm to achieve the Ribbon's adaptive load balancing strategy.The distributed message queue is applied to the system,which achieves the application decoupling,traffic shedding and log cache.In the end,by the functional testing and performance testing,the requirement of the function and performance in the specifications are verified.Verifying that the system meets the relevant fuctional and performance requirements.
