Abstract/Summary:
The rapid development of today’s world, a variety of companies increasingly competitive, hydropower business is no exception, in this context, the strategic position of corporate human resources has become increasingly prominent, how each organization is more scientific, more rational personnel management, has become particularly important role in the systematic personnel management more prominent.This article is based on this background, according to the actual needs of enterprises, based on MVC architecture to build hydroelectric personnel management system, detailed design and implementation of hydropower personnel management system, the system mainly consists of organization management, personnel information management, performance management, compensation management, and social security fund management several modules for enterprise mobility frequent organizational issues, information technology standardized organizational structure of enterprises, human resources, business integration, avoiding information silos,organizational restructuring to achieve a standardized, functional duties management,cadre management, personnel static data management, transaction management personnel, labor contracts management, compensation management, benefits administration, time management, training management, recruitment management,performance management, different positions, different positions classified management employees, staff contract information, and contract management templates and implement early warning function. Meanwhile according to different organizational and personnel can check the dimensions of the various statements and achieve aggregated to provide a basis for decision-making. Implements organizational performance assessment, individual performance appraisal, 360-degree assessment, a comprehensive performance evaluation and other modes;realized the relevance of performance evaluation and remuneration system to provide evaluation criteria for remuneration systems and accounting references to performance appraisal centric human resource management system.The system interface is simple and easy to operate, flexible and practical, in line with the actual needs of enterprises, help enterprises to improve the efficiency of the HR department, enterprise information management personnel by hand, disordered to systematic, standardized and automated transformation. Also has good availability,reliability and security.
