Known as pillar energy, coal consumption accounts for around 65% in China’s energy mix during "12th five-year" period. Facing the new situation all coal enterprises transform themselves actively and constantly try to improve the competitiveness through integrating their core resources and strengthening internal lean management. Recently ShanDong energy group continue to explore the compensation management systems to average up the management level, standardize payroll, reduce labor costs and improve employee’s satisfaction, which has made a significant effect.This article analyzes the real practice in of ShanDong energy group compensation management. Combined with management ideas and theories of modern human resource, it studies how to use the information technology, such as Java, Oracle, Tomcat, based on J2EE architecture and service-oriented architecture, using B/S structure mode to design and implement a compensation management system for large-scale energy enterprise.First, basing on the analysis of compensation management information system project background, it studies the facing problems, combs the functional requirements & non-functional requirements of this system and describes the system requirements in the form of case diagram.Based on the requirement analysis the technical architecture and function architecture are designed.Then, basing on the core business processes in enterprise compensation management, combined with the integration of enterprise ERP system, we refer to the grass-rooted biz operation practice and company’s compensation control requirements. We designed the system functionality and data standards and clearly descried the various business models.On the basis of the detailed design, we provide the system effect sketch and the instructions on building test environment & test process.Finally, this article gives a brief conclusion on the application of the system and some recommendations for improvement.
