In 21st century, maturity of computer technology, popularization of network and development of application have reached a stage of rapidly development. Enterprise information management has become an indispensable part. A good system software is the important guarantee to improve the enterprise market competitiveness. The human resources system currently that Shanghai Meridian Magnesium Products Company Limited using now cannot meet the requirements of diversification, multi management and reports, must building a new qualification requirements based on the existing one. Secondary development is needed for an upgraded human resources management system.The thesis investigates the system requirements analysis which has been divided into several modules:basic HR information, attendance, compensation and performance, training, and user management, introducing and discussing for the function of each module systematically. HR management complete the employee basic data processing which including entry, transfer, etc., through the data flow chart to complete introducing the function of this module. Attendance management completes the employees'attendance data processing, including OT and leave management, various kinds of data fields and calculation function are given at the same time. Compensation management completes all sorts of compensation relevant processing, including payroll calculation, introducing through case diagram and data flow chart. Performance management completes the whole process from employee electronic performance appraisal standard setting to feedback. Training management to complete the employee training establishment and query. The user management system can set for different level, different contents and different types of permissions.This human resources management system is the synthesis of multiple data language, based on PHP. It also used the latest J2EE Web to develop B/S structure HR system, providing employee a good information platform for the information, completing a part of the online process management via the WEB process human resources information at any time, to make all the HR work more effectively, normatively, reasonably, automatically and humanized.
