As the competition for the best staffs is getting increasingly intense, the management of human resources has become the core of modern management. To adapt to the trend well, Honeywell Tianjin Company has shifted its working focus from research, production, sales to the improvement of human resources management. The system enables an enterprise to promote working efficiency of the personnel department and improve the level of management. It's greatly needed to design a human resources management system to meet the requirements and improve the level of management.In this context, according to the actual demands for human resources management in Honeywell Tianjin Company, this paper mainly discusses the design and application of human resources management information system in Honeywell Tianjin Company. First, the paper introduces the source and background of the subject. Second, it conducts a demands analysis of human resources management system, obtains the business processes for various functions of the company's human resources management, and establishes the functional model of the system. After that, on the basis of demands analysis, the paper designs and analyzes it from system framework, database and functional structure in detail. HRMIS is developed and implemented completely basing on the popular SSH schema, using MySQL Database and JAVA as the program language.(Working on my own or partly collaborating with my colleagues) I completed the following work: carried the functional demands and non-functional demands analysis of the following modules: personnel management module, contract management module, attendance management module, performance appraisal management module, compensation management module, staff recruitment management module, training management module, organizational management module and system management module; undertook the database design and functions design in detail. By displaying the operating interface, the paper ensures readers to have a much clearer understanding of this system. Later on, this system is tested. The last part is the summary of the paper.The human resources management system has been put into operation. The system makes the information of employees sent to the relevant departments and provides support for the deployment of human resources and decision-making. The system reduces the intensity of the work of human resources management department and improves the operating efficiency of the entire business.
