Research And Implementation Of Customer Relationship Management System Based On .NET Platform And The Three-tier

Customer relationship management system is a comprehensive new system which combines computer, customer relationships and network integration. The final purpose of system development is to collect, collate, extract customer information, help business excavates more potential customers, procure more customers'demands, and maintain and further enhance relationships between customers, and ultimately achieve the customer acquisition, retention, loyalty and profits.The propose of the thesis is combine the actual needs of the domestic small and medium enterprises,how to use.NET technologies, SQL Server database technology and the three-tier to set up the new customer relationship management platform,promote the enterprises' service innovations to personalized services increase the CRM's system's and improve the CRM's operational efficiency.Firstly, according analyzing the research background of this topic, significance and development situation, this paper pointed out that applying customer relationship management (CRM) is the inevitable trend of the number of SMEs, in order to survive and develop in the progressively competitive market.Secondly, this paper advanced the general plan of system design for customer relationship management (CRM) based on clarifying workflow and collecting a large number of information of how to operate the system. Including requirement analysis, functional design and database design.Thirdly, researching the CRM system design.Utilizing Microsoft SQL Server and the corresponding database technology, secure database was designed as the back-end data sources of this syste.Utilizing ASP.NET and ADO.NET technologies, efficient and safe connection between the user interface and the back-end database was achieved. The whole system is implemented over three-tier structure, and this paper gived us the methord for each layer of three-tier structure and key code.In the functional realization, this system includes customer management, customer service, product information, work plans, system maintenance functions.Finally,according testing the system and finding the system drawback,the system can meet the customer practical needs better.
