In recent years,due to the appearance of Foreign capital bank and the change ofOperating environment for Agricultural Bank of China(ABC),the Market environmentABC faced has become more complicated. the competition between ABC and otherbanks will focus on Quality customers, Especially those who can bring Great profitsfor ABC. with the support of Personal Customer Relationship Management(PCRM),ABC can be more Competitive.by providing more convenient connections and one onone products and services,PCRM can improve the relationship between ABC and itscustoms.The main work summarized as follows:1. This paper summarizes the content, features and classification of VIP clientsrelationship management system. The paper also sketchs out the specific nature andimplement content of this system. We analysis the key technique of VIP clientsrelationship management system in ABC, including the network technology, three-tierarchitecture and database technology.2. On the basis of the design philosophy and architecture of VIP clientsrelationship management system, this paper introduce the functional requirements andperformance requirements of the system in detail. We also designed key functionalmodule of the PCRM system, including five management content: basic informationmanagement, clients information notification, user assessment management, marketingmanagement and system management. And we designed the PCRM system’s databaseat the same time.3. We have analyzed how the network structure of Agricultural Bank’s PCRMsystem is established by the.NET and SQL Server. We also study in detail about how toimplement the key features of the PCRM system, including the division of several typesof customers, control tuition business, landing permissions, query information,management information, as well as business reminding. then, we deploy and optimizethe PCRM system. Finally, we test the system as described in this paper to make surethat the PCRM system of ABC can work well.
