Since ancient times, the progress of the nation, whether it is the Han Dynasty, Tang Dynasty, or modern, are affected by the reading ability. In this process, the most critical is the concern for minors. After all, they are the future of social development. Only by grasping the reading promotion of minors can we build a rich cultural connotations, reading habits prevailed in the country, so as to promote social development and progress.In recent years, along with the rapid development of digital technology and information technology, the mass reading being popularized slowly. The public library of minors reading promotion make reading more close to life, and make better accumulation of reading from childhood. Minors reading as a supplement of the traditional way, which can promote the comprehensive development of national reading, and promoted construction of minors reading promotion process. Therefore, the research on the public library reading promotion of minors’is good for itself and better for the growth of minors which has a significance of progress. In recent years, more and more the public library and society focus on juvenile reading promotion activities. These activities, from quantity and quality, have greatly improved, but there still exist many deficiencies. Besides, it does not form an organic whole mature mechanism. So,this paper carries on the survey data and carries on the discussion.This paper discusses the specific strategies of the public library’s reading promotion survey from six parts:The first part:The introduction of the article. This paper mainly explains the background of the selected topic and the current domestic;foreign situation of the reading promotion of the minors in public libraries at home and abroad., the research methods and the innovation of this paper.Second part:This case selected three public library in Hefei City for minors including:The Anhui provincial library, Hefei library and Hefei children’s Library. The article select three library for minors to carry out activities of public library, by the way of questionnaire to investigated. The main survey of minors parents and public librarians to read and promote the views of minors, and I I investigate the field of three public libraries have been carried out to promote the development of some of the minors.Part three:The analysis of survey results. I summed up the Hefei city public library minors reading promotion’s problem. These problems including:Library of minors reading attention is not enough and the lack of funds to buy books reading environment is poor; reading activities lack of overall planning; minor reading promotion range is not wide; adult reading promotion content is poor; It lacks of the development of maintenance of public relations and so on.The fourth part:Based on the existing problems, this paper puts forward some strategies for the public library to promote the reading promotion, which can provide some suggestions for the development of Public Libraries in the future, which is the practical significance of the research of this paper. These recommendations include: We need to establish a perfect layered reading model; We should establish the guiding mode of the trinity of the library, the school and t he family; We should advocate parent-child reading; We must improve the environment to carry out various activities to cultivate the interest of reading; For reading promotion, we need to seek diversified cooperation, improve the promotion mechanism; We need to focus on reading promotion about minors reading, and need to increase the financial import in related activities.The fifth part:Conclusion. The public library aim of carrying out minor promotional activities is to improve minors literacy and ability of autonomous learning, which made child love reading and learning. But in order to improve the popularization of reading, we need more exploration and exploration of public libraries.
