Reading is a kind of spiritual activity peculiar to human beings.Through this means,human beings can inherit knowledge and continue civilization.The reading level of the whole country determines the degree of development in the national spiritual field to a certain extent.In today's era,knowledge is updated very quickly,and technology changes are even more dazzling.Reading promotion has become one of the top priorities for universities and public libraries.At the same time,the primary and secondary school libraries should also undertake the responsibility of reading and promoting to meet the needs of teachers and students.Therefore,the primary and secondary school libraries should not only adapt to the development of the times to speed up their own construction,but also aim to help teachers and students form good reading habits,and to improve their service standards,conscientiously and efficiently practice the responsibility of reading and promotion,and complete their mission.In the process of investigation and research,this paper uses the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method,the network survey method and the 5W communication theory to conduct a targeted study on the reading and promotion of the primary and middle school libraries in Hefei.The article is divided into the following parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research purpose,background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,and the innovation of this article,which plays the role of the full text of the general.The second part expounds the theory of reading promotion and 5W communication,mainly including the introduction of reading and promotion,the overview of reading and promotion of primary and secondary schools,the analysis of various factors of 5W communication theory and the applicability analysis.The third part combines the five influencing factors of 5W communication theory to investigate the current situation of reading and promotion of primary and secondary schools in Hefei,including the main body,content,channel,object and effect of reading and promotion in Hefei primary and secondary schools.Content analysis,media analysis,audience analysis and performance analysis.The fourth part analyzes the problems of reading and promotion in Hefei primary and secondary school libraries from the above five aspects.The fifth part proposes corresponding countermeasures for the reading and promotion of Hefei primary and secondary school libraries according to the existing problems.The sixth part summarizes the research results and their value in this paper,and explains the shortcomings that need further research.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide a reference for the reading and promotion of primary and secondary schools in Hefei and other regions.
