The core of knowledge economy is the new economy which is with the center of the hunman resource and knowledge capital. Human resource has become the source of human wealth and economic progress. The role of corporate human and the extent of the work of the staff has become a sign that determines largely the enterprise’s success or failure. How to stimulate their sense of responsibility, improve staff enthusiasm, to get rid of staff turnover, increase employee centripetal force, has become an increasingly greatest concern problems of corporate management. In the use of corporate information systems, performance appraisal system is used to manage the human system. Therefore, it also has become an indispensable tool in the daily management for every enterprise.Taking the performance appraisal management system of Shandong energy group as an example, this paper describes in detail the system’s development background, application at home or abroad, the requirement analysis, architecture design, implementation and testing content and so on.First, introduces briefly the four modules of Shandong energy group performance appraisal management system:department evaluation module; employee assessment module;marketing center, material supply center evaluation module; resident marketing evaluation module. Each function module take the performance evaluation and quality assessment as the two aspects of performance appraisal management, scoring from the 360 degree.Secondly, based on the detailed functional requirements, we decribes the four modules, gives the ER diagram. Then use the state diagram and use case diagram to do the needs analysis, and write corresponding code. Finally, we tested the function modules in the system, introducted in detail and summary the test envrioment, test specipes and test methods. And then summary the use of the performance appraisal management of the large-scale enterprise. Meanwhile, we also proposed the vision and improvement suggestions for the performance appraisal management system of the large-scale enterprise.
