As the pressure of market competition increases,enterprises are increasingly emphasizing the role of performance appraisal in enterprise management: It enhances the competitiveness of the enterprise and facilitates the growth of employees.Currently,the traditional paper performance appraisal has the problems of large volume of work,lagging appraisal data and large errors in manual statistics.The generic performance appraisal system under the information-based platform has the problems of non-interoperability of information and inflexibility of appraisal methods.In order to solve the above problems,the thesis designs and implements a performance appraisal system for small enterprises based on computer software engineering ideas and combined with KPI performance appraisal management methods,which improves the office efficiency of enterprises.The main research elements of the thesis consist of:(1)By analyzing the business and non-functional requirements of the system,this thesis designs the overall architecture of the system,the modules of the system and the system database.Detailed flowcharts are drawn up and textual details are attached to the description.(2)The small enterprise performance appraisal system is developed using a front and back-end separation approach.The back-end adopts the Spring Boot framework and integrates Mybatis,Redis,etc.in order to build an MVC three-layer architecture.The front-end adopts Vue+Element-UI and integration of Vuex,vue-router,etc.It is based on MVVM development design pattern to build SPA single page application.(3)Based on the design and requirements of the performance appraisal system for small enterprises,it emphasizes the implementation process of the system management module and performance appraisal module.(4)Conducting tests on the functional and non-functional requirements of the system,the system basically meets the design requirements.In terms of technical aspects,the performance appraisal system for small enterprises is developed in a modular way,which makes the modules less coupled and more integrated for later maintenance and expansion.In terms of experience,performance feedback is integrated into the performance appraisal process,which makes the system more user-friendly.In addition to improving the productivity and competitiveness of the company,the system also helps to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees and thus improving work efficiency.
