Human resource management is one of the core tasks in group enterprises,which plays an important role in the whole enterprises,and the performance appraisal can directly reflect the work progress of the employee in a year and the recognition of the employee by other employees.The result of performance appraisal is an important indicator of human resource management,and it's objectivity will largely determine whether the subsequent management of the enterprise is fair.When the traditional performance appraisal system collects statistics on the scores of employees' mutual evaluations,it often adopts a simple averaging method.This method is easy to be affected by inaccurate scores and the results are less reliable.Therefore,its reference value in practical work is also less and less.In the existing research on improving the accuracy of online scoring system,most of them calculate the user's credibility and use it as the user's scoring weight to optimize the final score.In the research of improving the accuracy of results in the performance appraisal system,this thesis proposes an improved scoring optimization algorithm based on credibility and applies in performance appraisal system to improve the accuracy of the appraisal.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)Aiming at the performance appraisal scoring model,this thesis proposes an improved scoring optimization algorithm based on credibility named Iterative combined ranking(ICR).The traditional scoring optimization algorithm usually uses the correlation coefficient as the credibility.Based on the traditional algorithm,the ICR algorithm proposed in this thesis takes into account the influence of the scoring distance error,making up for the shortcomings of just using the correlation coefficient as the credibility.At the same time,the ICR algorithm introduces a scoring controversy factor.When the score of an object is highly controversial,this factor can reduce the impact of the scoring distance error on object's credibility,improving the optimization accuracy of the scoring optimization algorithm.Finally,the experimental results show that the algorithm is more consistent with the real level of rated objects than other scoring optimization algorithms,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm proposed in this thesis.(2)This thesis designs and realizes the customized performance appraisal system for group enterprises.This system adopts B/S architecture,with a development model that separates front and back ends.Based on the improved scoring optimization algorithm based on credibility proposed in this thesis,through integrating the algorithm into the scoring statistics module of the system,the statistics and ranking of the scoring results are more accurately realized.Then this thesis introduces the design and implementation of the performance appraisal system.First,for the performance appraisal system,introduce its system overview and system architecture design.After then,this thesis designs and realizes the core process of the system,including process,database and system functions.Finally,this thesis tests the compatibility and function of the system to ensure the feasibility of the system.The group customized performance appraisal system has been put into use in the relevant enterprises,which has achieved the expected results,effectively solving the problems and providing more accurate appraisal data.
