With the rapid development of China's economy and the advancement of social information,the competition of market among domestic enterprises is becoming fierce increasingly.The traditional ideas and methods of enterprise management have been unable to catch up with the development of market economy.It is necessary for Chinese enterprises to learn from foreign enterprises' implementation of ERP management concept so as to enhance their operational efficiency and economic benefits.As a product of advanced information technology and management thought,ERP can integrate all kinds of information from sales to production and finance efficiently,and it can realize the integration of financial business truly.The active use and implementation of ERP system is important for the development of enterprises extremely.However,the implementation cost of ERP system is high relatively and it is also a high-risk investment.It has been said that the implementation of ERP is equal to finding death,if ERP is not equal to death.It is also said that the implementation of ERP will bring new opportunities for enterprises.At present,the development level of new industrialization in China is still not high,and it is still in the primary stage of information construction.When enterprises introduce ERP,they should make the corresponding blueprints in combination with their own development and future development plans.After the enterprise implements ERP,it needs to evaluate and analyze the performance it brings,so as to achieve the purpose of implementing ERP to promote the development of the enterprise truly.The textile industry is not only a traditional industry in China,but also has been one of the pillar industries in China.At present,China's textile companies,in addition to facing the challenges of export trade policies,raw material costs,labor costs and other issues,the effective management of enterprises has also become an important factor in the development of the enterprise.With the rapid development and expansion of enterprises,the leaders realize that the original information systems,management concepts and management models have begun to restrict the rapid development of enterprises gradually,and the enterprise must use some advanced ideas and tools to refine management and strengthen the internal control and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,many textile enterprises began to introduce ERP in succession.However,there are many inconsistent opinions on the evaluation of the effect of the implementation of ERP,so that some enterprises that have already implemented ERP dare not continue to inject funds into the system optimization,but the enterprises that have not yet implemented the ERP are still in the state of watching.At the same time,there is no set of authoritative ERP performance evaluation system for textile companies in the industry.Based on this,this paper analyzes the status quo and problems of ERP implementation in China's textile enterprises,based on the understanding of domestic and foreign excellent performance evaluation theories and evaluation methods,combined with the textile company's strategic objectives and indicators of focus,it proposes a set of applicable evaluation system of ERP implementation performance to China's textile industry.This paper uses the balanced scorecard method to select sixteen secondary evaluation indicators from the four dimensions of finance,customers,internal processes,learning and growth;and uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the relative weights among indicators at all levels;and adopts the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the performance evaluation model of the textile enterprise ERP implementation.Meanwhile,the evaluation model is used to evaluate the ERP implementation performance of the next two subsidiaries of H group.The rationality of the model is verified by the consistency between the evaluation results and the actual ERP implementation performance.In view of the evaluation results,this paper analyzes the reasons for the difference in performance between the two subsidiaries,and puts forward the optimization suggestions for the implementation of ERP in China's textile enterprises based on the evaluation results.The application of ERP is an important part of the construction of enterprise information.How to evaluate the implementation effect of ERP in textile enterprises is of great significance to promote the construction of the textile industry in China.The conclusions of this paper can be used for reference in the performance evaluation of ERP in textile and other industries.
