Software industry,a national strategic emerging industry,is the core of information industry.Driven by the development of "Internet +",cloud computing and the Internet of things,under the guidance of the information economy,the software industry has also ushered in new opportunities and challenges.Under the background of the new era,how to achieve leapfrog development of software development enterprises and win a place in the international software industry when they go abroad still depends on "people".As an indispensable tool of human resource management in software development enterprises,performance appraisal plays an increasingly important role in improving human resource efficiency,so it has been paid more and more attention by enterprises.Perfect performance appraisal system can not only continuously absorb excellent talents for software development enterprises,but also make full use of talents' skills,thus promoting the virtuous circle of enterprise management.In a word,depending on the enterprise's own situation,formulating and improving the performance appraisal system is the key to determine the level of competitiveness of software development enterprises.Through the analysis of the current situation of performance appraisal in domestic software development enterprises,it is found that the level of performance appraisal in domestic software development industry is uneven,the understanding of performance appraisal system is not uniform,and the level of performance appraisal is quite different.The main problems are: the purpose of performance appraisal is not clear,and the understanding of performance appraisal is insufficient;the goal of performance appraisal is not consistent with the corporate culture;the level of performance appraisal is not uniform.The assessment indicators are unreasonable and lack of scientificity;the method of performance assessment is single;the assessment cycle is unreasonable;the assessment process lacks effective communication and feedback;the assessment process is unreasonable and lack of supervision;the application of assessment results is insufficient and the evaluation system is not standardized.These problems lead to the low level of human resource management,insufficient talent effectiveness and insufficient inspiration of innovation consciousness in domestic software development enterprises,which ultimately affects the overall level of the domestic software industry.On the basis of general analysis,a questionnaire survey and interview survey were conducted with XX R&D Department as a case.The results show that XX Finance R&D Department also has some problems,such as unscientific assessment index setting,unreasonable assessment cycle,inaccurate application method of assessment results,imperfect communication and feedback mechanism.In view of this,improvement measures are put forward from four aspects: improving performance appraisal indicators,improving performance appraisal periodicity,strengthening the rational application of performance appraisal results,and establishing communication and feedback mechanism.Combined with the relevant literature analysis and survey results,finally put forward measures to improve the performance appraisal of software development enterprises: Establish performance appraisal training mechanism;Create a good performance appraisal atmosphere;Establishment of performance appraisal management system;Conduct performance appraisal of excellent enterprises;Deeply carry out theoretical and applied research on performance appraisal.
