In the new media age, with the development of mobile Internet technology and mobile terminal, The power of information dissemination is no longer limited to professional journalists. More and more ordinary people through mobile phones, tablet PCs and other mobile terminals upload What he saw and heard through text, images, audio, video to Sina Weibo and Baidu Tieba. However, the Weibo and the Baidu Tieba it as a new communication platform, lack of effective "gatekeeper" system. This open mode of communication often has the phenomenon of out of control. Compared with the traditional media era, the media ethics of the new media era presents new performance form: distortion of news content; cyber manhunt; information pollution hinders the progress of social civilization; network language violence and other personal attacks; burst the bar, Weibo live suicide and other network extreme behavior; network event marketing; trial by media.This paper first defines two concepts of new media and media ethics. It describes the characteristics of the new media and the current situation of the development of media ethics in China. Weibo and Baidu Tieba was analyzed from information dissemination characteristics, communicators, audiences and information content. Taking Weibo and Baidu Tieba as an example, summarize the performance of media ethics in new media era. Analysis of the causes of the lack of media ethics: the new media’s own characteristics increase the possibility of media ethics, economic interests, lack of media literacy, abuse of discourse power, imperfect of relevant laws. At last, the countermeasures are put forward: the academic community to strengthen research on media ethics, the government to formulate relevant laws and policies, the new media industry to strengthen self-discipline, improving media technology and enhancing network security, to improve the media literacy of the audience.
