With the maturing of computer science, science and technology continues to improve, and gradually into many areas of human life, its powerful features bring the convenience of mankind but also by a deep understanding of people and plays an important role in various fields.In this context, this paper, the traditional university human resource management system problems is proposed based on the PC and mobile devices end human resource management system design model, PC-side human resources management system developed using ASP.NET technology, mobile device side human resource management platform developed using java technology based on android platform, innovative point of this paper is to achieve a combination of Web services systems and Android development technology, specifically including HTTP communications services, XMPP data push service and Android system architecture, this paper introduces the human resource management system implementation process, tested, human resource management terminal software system meets the design requirements, the system is stable, functional and reasonable structure, software compatibility and scalability strong, has a certain value.The main content of this paper is based on the PC and mobile devices end human resource management system. This paper first introduces related to this research background, significance, present situation of development; secondly details the technical foundation and human resources management system, specifically including Web server technology, Java systems, database systems and Android technology systems; again who on the whole idea and the functional structure of the system was designed; the last details of the mobile device based on the PC side and end human resource management system implementation steps, and related software for functional testing. When the innovation of this paper lies in the software design and development of the mobile device side of human resource management system, adding XMPP-based data push services, push services functions can be maintained in the system of data collection information, the system administrator via the Web the server sends a push message to the terminal device users, meanwhile, through a wireless sensor network technology enables the position of teachers on campus to locate, implement teacher attendance visualization.
