In recent years, each company in our country has achieved a more rapid development and progress, the number of employees and interns, in each department has a larger growth, liquidity Increasingly. Human resources management also gradually become the core of all management, it is the lifeline of enterprise development, attaches great importance to the enterprise personnel as well as attaches great importance to the management, development and progress of the enterprise. The main task of that is when face the huge personnel data and the complex performance business, doing effective reasonable management, scientific configuration, and optimize the structure of talent manpower, reduce the management of adminis trative costs to make the enterprise earn maximize economic benefits and interests, stimulate the potential work enthusiasm of enterprise staff, etc.With the rapid development of computer technology and the rapid popularization of the PC, companies began to use the personnel management system to replace the traditional wage accounting and personnel statistics. But the traditional personnel management system as the system technical architecture backward, poor data storage security, the function is too rigid to meet complex business, the company hardware equipment move inconvenient and so on, these factors make it playing its role not very good in the enterprise. With the mobile Internet and communication technology rapid development, the number of mobile Internet users has reached 600 million, and this year, Android is the first time to catch up with IOS, occupied 51% market share, app is applied widely varied. O ur paper is working under the background of the current mobile Internet era, this paper made deta iled for DSIC company personnel management business analysis, put forward combining the personnel information management, salary information management, Locate attendance, performance reports, event notification, the function of leaving process management and so on, and used data flow diagram and data dictionary, e-r diagram and the database logical structure, hierarchy chart, system flowcharts, and program flow chart and data requirements of the system, function definition,database, system architecture,software structure, system process, as well as the processing and so on has carried on the analysis and design, finally provide a personal customized Android personnel management system for the company's HR and ordinary employees, able to timely and accurate, efficient and reasonable management enterprise.Considering the client data show ability and the service powerful logic processing and data storage capacity, this system use C/S architecture, the server install Centos system, carrying nginx server and mysql database, application of PHP installation yaf framework development for PHP interface, by Android client pass parameter, call interface to complete the data interaction, fully improve the response speed and data storage capacity, both security and efficiency.At last, using reasonable test cases to test designed by black box testing thought, to verify the stability of its services.
