Human resources are one of the most important resources in the human society. Themanagement of human resources management is the process of human resources acquisitionmanagement, development and research for human resources in an enterprise. Based on the demands ofmedium and small-sized enterprises, and VC++, the human resources management system,based on C/S construction, has been designed, the main functions of this system are tomanage staff file, welfare, staff transferring, labor-capital relationship and staff appraisal.Enterprises can know the present situation of human resources and problems unsolvedafter using query function and managing functions. Though supplement, correction andmaintainment information, you can manage the human resources dynamically, relieve fromcomplicated hand work process, and improve the effectiveness of enterprises management.Besides, this thesis analyzes the detailed conducting processes and technologies ofdevelopment.VC++language, CLS mode and SQL server data have been employed in thissystem. View, controller and model, that is three tier system, are used to program, maintainand upgrade.This thesis analyzes the demands of human resources management thoroughly andrealizes the relative functions which can make it more convenient to manage human resourcesinformation.Last but not least, because of the limitations of author, faults and mistakes are inevitable.Your suggestions would be appreciated.
