This paper is on the process of V Co. human resources management system design and development are discussed in this paper, from the background and the status quo of in-depth analysis. Because of the small and medium-sized enterprises in market competition compared with large and medium-sized enterprises in a weak position, has the characteristics of unique management personnel less, personnel fluidity is fast in small and medium sized enterprises in human resources management aspect, so in the development of management system discussed in this paper, the characteristics of focus on the management of SMEs, using the information technology change rapidly, information system design and development for human resource management of small and medium-sized enterprises, the purpose is to make the small and medium-sized enterprise human resources management informationization, specialization, overcome the small and medium-sized enterprises in the short board of the enterprise management, increasing the market competitive strength, rich and diversified market configuration.This paper first starts from the background of the current human resources management system, discusses the current situation and problems of V company human resource management human resource management problems of the system, thus draw the necessity and importance for the design and development of system resource management of V company human; combined with the present information technology, discusses the feasibility of developing the system design; and preliminary analysis of the information system development, system design and development on the premise of scientific demonstration; then describes the system structure design and system, describe the basic scientific guidance method combined with information system development, using the E-R diagram, structure diagram, sequence diagram and related explanation chart design and development of the system are described and the analysis; finally the design of system security are discussed, so as to complete the whole process of design and development.To sum up,this paper is based on the informationization of human resources management of V company a theoretical discussion, is a discussion of information technology and modernization practice of combining, is the use of information technology at present advanced management of small and medium-sized enterprises especially the optimization of a certain degree of human resource management, to strengthen the enterprise management efficiency and reduce management costs have a positive role.
