Existing human resource management of Ningbo Ding Hengda company is still in the stage of development. At present the company uses single modules of management tools such as attendance, salary management, but these tools coverage are very narrow, cannot achieve information sharing, other modules have not realize informationization. With the help of human resource management system, it can effectively solve the above problems, and realize the human resources information sharing, help for the decision of human resource.In this thesis, based on practical application of Ningbo Ding Hengda company, the whole human resources management system is designed and implementated with four layers of software architecture and the.NET framework Microsoft, at the same time, using the database technology and ASP.NET language, the functions of human resource management system are developmented, including staff management, payroll management, attendance management, performance management, recruitment management, report management, information center, system management, etc.Firstly, the actual situation of human resources management are analyzed and investigated, the actual needs and ideas of the users are understanded, the company employee needs, security needs, and the function of the system performance requirements and other requirements are excavated. Then the human resource management system is designed, four layers architecture system is formed using the.net framework and B/S framework. Finally, using ASP.NET and other languages, based on the results of system design, the system is coded; combined with the database management system, the operations of data are realized. At the same time, using a plurality of test case,the system is tested, the compliance of implementation and demand is verified.After the implementation of the system, the efficiency of management of the company is improved, the human resources processing timeliness and accuracy is promoted, make the development of enterprise steadily forward, for the realization of the enterprise human resources strategy to provide technical basis and platform.
