The development of modern information technology is changing all the time of our lives, human resources management in the traditional sense that is via artificial record information about employees. Computers have replaced the old office furniture. Corporate human resources management system has been completely on computer and computer-assisted to complete high efficiency under a lot of work, greatly improving the work efficiency. Today, the content of Human Resources Management has been widely pursuit. The current human resources management to introduce modern management ideas, establish a set of information for enterprises and human resources management system is necessary. Based on this study the status quo of enterprise management, information technology, combined with practical work and harvest problems encountered, the enterprise human resources management system and other aspects of research in the design and development of software and hardware platform specification focuses on the development of the system used, database structure design, selection and use of development tools aimed elaborate techniques from the perspective of how to implement the process of enterprise management model from the traditional to the information management paradigm shift, as well as human resources management system in the enterprise information management played an important role. The development of this project is mainly to spend quite a lot of manpower and time, although developed software may benefit from specific generating quite a distance. However, for enriching himself through graduate design expertise and long-term interests to consider, design and development of this project still has a considerable economic viability. And analyzed in accordance with the needs of diagram the stages of detailed design features, this paper is to achieve a design based on VS under development B/S architecture for enterprise human resources integrated management Information System. The system is using the popular software visual Studio for development, according to the software engineering knowledge related to the use of a flow chart, use case diagram of functional modules to be divided, to ensure the unity of time and efficiency. Through the system, the system can be used instead of the traditional methods of management input methods section sector, which not only shortens the recording period, reducing the workload of the staff, improve work efficiency, integrated enterprise management personnel have become more rational and effective.Making system interface coding process, design a nice interface, so that users get up and running quickly, reflecting the ease of use of the core idea of the system.Since the system be applied on the product by manufacturer, the embedded camera device onboard has been more fully utilized, and produces a greater economic value, also received a very good market response. The project was unanimously endorsed by the relevant parties.
