With the development of the society of knowledge economy, talent has become animportant part of enterprise management, rational use of existing enterprise talent notonly to the enterprise human resources, and improve the economic efficiency ofenterprises. Chengdu bank initially using the manual record approach in themanagement of the enterprise human resources, but with the development of Chengdubank, has formed a variety of different levels of human structure, in order to strengthenthe enterprise on the talent management and utilization, the enterprise human resourcesmanagement system of enterprise based on computer technology advanced and thedevelopment of network technology for Chengdu bank analysis of enterprise, talentstructure and enterprise development, the establishment of the future talent developmentstrategy. The system can not only improve the efficiency of enterprise managementpersonnel at all levels, but also can strengthen the enterprise on the talent management,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market, enhance the Chengdu banks inthe financial industry influence.Based on the human resources management of Chengdu bank as the researchobject, the design and implementation of human resource management informationsystem of Chengdu bank. The system uses J2EE technology, advanced data mining onhuman resource management in data analysis technology, the potential informationvalue to explore human resource. In this paper, the main research contents are thefollowing:(1) Investigation and analysis of the human resource management of Chengdubank business needs, design a set of feasible implementation scheme of the systemaccording to business needs, establish a scientific decision-making management modelfor managers.(2) Using JAVA language development system based on J2EE structure, and thestorage system SQL Server2008patterns in the data, code the user management, thesystem of personnel management, assessment incentives, education and training andwelfare treatment module, complete development system. (3) Dissertation tested on human resources management system design is finished,including the relevant aspects of function, performance, interface, quality testing, thedesign of the system can satisfy the requirements of the various indicators, finally thesystem implementation.Based on the analysis of the human resource management of the bank’s businessrequirement, design and Realization of various functions of the system, the final testreport system can meet the requirements of the system design, provide a goodtheoretical basis and practical significance for the development of human resourcesmanagement system of other banks.
