Human resource management is an important measure to ensure normal operation of the enterprises and improve enterprise competitiveness.In today's society with the rapid expansion of information and small and medium-sized enterprises,enterprise human resources data scale and management difficulty increased significantly,therefor the management cost also will increase.The traditional manual management and operations are inefficiency,which may cause faults and irreparable damage.Along with the computer application technology which increasingly significant and popularity,the application of the technology to the management of human resources has gradually become one of the mainstream ways to solve the problem.At present,the international human resource management system has been developed to the third generation,greatly improving the efficiency and level of European and American developed countries.Started relatively late and the related domestic industry,the existing system drawback is more,also has the very big disparity with the foreign.Therefore,through the computer application technology to realize the standardization and automation of domestic human resources management becomes more important and urgent.This thesis is aimed at the poor portability of foreign human resources management system and the low stability of domestic corresponding system,the price is expensive and single function,from the enterprise human resources management of the work content and process of the enterprise human resources management system design and implementation.In this paper the basic concept and principle of enterprise human resources management and method,on the basis of the traditional model of human resource management in China are analyzed in detail with the general characteristics,which leads to the research significance;This paper introduces the design and development of the enterprise human resources management system and describes the main key technologies using in the system;Through decomposition of refining process for system design and testing requirements of enterprise human resources system,and use data flow diagrams and UML diagram of system each module,including the system login,corporate announcements,employee information,leave management,rewards and punishment,training,salary management,and other data and process design and modeling in detail;According to the design requirements and the model design of the database table;Based on the system application architecture and design of frame,designed the system each module functions and interface logic,defines the interaction method,determines the system operational procedures,integration of the system module,make it become a can realize the expected function of the software as a whole;Then using JSP technology in B/S mode to follow the MVC framework system with SSH architecture programming and implementation of system.Based on the use of enterprise human resources management software developed by this article to the enterprise human resources management of the management of the functional and performance testing,and a preliminary practice shows that this software can regulate human resource management,reduce the management process error,enhance the management quality and efficiency.And has good performance,process the data rate faster,less Bug system,reliability,security and robustness are reached the design requirements,and can be extended as appropriate to the user requirements,has a good scalability.Overall,the results of the study are achieved the desired design goal,the practice of human resource management has great significance.
