In recent years, along with the Meishan mobile transmission network scale continues to expand, transmission network management system vendors have not meet the requirements of daily maintenance for Meishan mobile network manage ment system, dispersion is difficult to achieve effective management of transmissi on network from a global perspective. In addition, rented to customers network e lement management, business process management, repair support resource manag ement is done manually, manual management must have the management of nonstandard, efficiency is low, which increases the maintenance network. So the imp lementation of a unified management, unified maintenance integrated network ma nagement system of transmission network construction has become particularly ur gent, integrated network management system to improve the effective use of cyb er source, the timely processing of network fault, improve customer satisfaction, increase their competitiveness, the quality of their own continuous improvement of services, to meet the majority of users in Meishan growing the demand, in th e interests of users and accelerated the modernization process itself. With the rap id development of computer technology, computer applications in all walks of lif e gradually universal, traditional management has been unable to meet the huge volumes of data operation, data filtering and data mining, so people use modern means of management be imperative. Development of the Internet has accelerated the development of transmission network to a certain extent, a variety of innov ative applications have appeared, this kind of innovation in the convenient also makes we are faced with a new problem, how to effectively use the application software for the management of network transmission. With the development of s cience and technology, communication management means in the future will beco me more efficient, intelligent.Analysis of the related technology used both at home and abroad through th e integrated network management system present situation as well as the system,according to the Meishan City, and combined with the actual situation to accom plish the analysis of functional requirements, system software architecture analysis and non functional requirements, and finally design and development of this setof transmission network integrated management system, implementation of the s ystem the relevant personnel departments can more quickly and easily share infor mation, work together and information collection, information processing to the f astest speed, to provide a scientific basis and improve the service quality and sp eed of development department to department management and decision making.System design using B/S architecture based on J2 EE, JAVA as the program ming language, the database uses SQLSever to build powerful. System in practic al use, can meet the demand of high efficiency to deal with daily work, can gre atly improve the Meishan mobile office management level and working efficiency,operation effect is ideal, its stability, reliability are validated. Design and imple mentation of this system, the transmission network integrated management system in the future development of large-scale,multi task,safety and stability requireme nts higher and reference is provided.
