Since Liaoning Telecom was established in October 2002,user number spurts up with the rapid development of internet business.With the growing size of the province's transmission network,number and types of transmission equipments keep increasing.Currently,Liaoning Telecom's transmission network management system is still under the respective manufacturers'own network management systems for maintenance and management of their own equipments.Whether it is the same manufacturer's network management system,or network management systems from different manufacturers,all systems are independent of each other,so they need more personnel to monitor real-time network operation,which bring the decreasing of labor productivity.Especially in the implementation of transmission network centralized maintenance mode,Provincial Company can not effectively realize centralized monitoring and centralized management for the transmission network inside the province.So a more intuitive,rapid,simple integrated network management system is needed to manage transmission equipments from different manufacturers,different models with big number,with which precise control,high maintenance efficiency and smooth flow of business could be achieved.The thesis comes from the project of "Liaoning telecommunication transmission integrated network management system." According to the situation of telecommunications transmission network in Liaoning province,a transmission integrated network management system is designed and realized based on J2EE technology,CORBA,Web Service technology,XML technology to collect,transmit and render the transmission network operational data of transmission equipment alarm,configuration and performance,which adopts B/S and C/S structure combined with the building purpose of integrated network management system and the new management standards of the province's,transport network maintainment.Oracle database is adopted in back end,and SQL Developer is used to be responsible for displaying the resource information in database in the form of images.The pages have simple,full-featured and intuitive characteristics.The system software design uses hierarchical and modeling middleware architecture,and the general framework is divided as Acquisition adaptation layer,data management layer and application layer.Now,the current system is designed and complishes the basic functions of topology management,alarm monitoring,performance management,important customer support management and system security management.The testing results show that the designed system could realize centralized and unified management on the information of existing transmission equipment alarm,performance and configuration for each manufacturer,which could real-time monitor the running status of transmission network in the province and ensure high stability,high security and high efficiency operation.It provides higher quality in network operation for Liaoning telecom development.
