Empirical Research On Integrated Project Management Of 3g/4g Integrated Network Management System In The Telecommunications Industry

Network management system is an important way for telecom operators to improve the core competitiveness,rapid response to market,and respond to customers.It is the important embodiment of modern telecom operators' management mode.The construction and use of network management system will directly affect the long-term development of modern telecom operators and their position in market competition.In view of the current situation of China Telecom CDMA mobile communication network,CDMA network management and the management of China Telecom CDMA mobile communication network,the requirements of network management,network management system,unified maintenance and management of mobile communication network are proposed.Therefore,network management system plays an important role in the daily maintenance is becoming more and more evident,with the construction of LTE network,network management network element type,management requirements and the concept of have taken place in the corresponding changes.These changes to the network management system continuously put forward new requirements,the urgent need for the construction of the next stage of management.The author participated in the development and implementation of Company A's 3G/4G network integrated network management system,this paper takes the project management as the research object,according to the relevant principles of software engineering,research,analysis,design and implementation of the new 3G/4G integrated network management software 3G/4G.This paper is divided into five chapters,the first chapter to the relevant research background and significance,and the domestic and foreign research progress were summarized,the second chapter is the relevant theoretical research,for the following empirical research foundation,the third chapter of Company A's 3G/4G integrated network management project needs to carry out research,on this basis,according to the principle of project management,the project scope is defined,and then the specific work,and sort,determine the critical path.In the fourth chapter,the implementation and monitoring of the whole project is carried out,and the effect of the implementation of the project is evaluated.The last chapter summarizes the full text.In this chapter,the project scope definition,work breakdown and the establishment of milestones and key path,using software engineering implementation method,the implementation of the project,the implementation phase of the project schedule control,and two time nodes to carry out the specific progress analysis,to ensure the smooth progress of the project,and the effect of the implementation of the project evaluation,the project is proved to be very effective.
