Analysis And Design Of Local Transmission Network Integrated Management System For Beijing Unicom

Since the restructuring of telecom operators in 2008, a new pattern has formed with China Unicom, China Mobile and China Telecom as the three main pillars in the competition. In the new competitive situation, in order to improve the transmission network management capabilities, China Unicom launched a nationwide provincial integrated network management system construction. Beijing Unicom transmission of the network after years of constructed, already has a considerable scale, and in constant development and evolution, the complicated network structure, scale, so it is urgent to set up a set of integrated network management system to improve management capacity.The transmission network integrated management system is the management of the local network transmission of a comprehensive management tool, its purpose is implementation of multi vendor equipment centralized management and monitoring of the whole network resources and centralized scheduling and management, in order to improve the quality of network maintenance and cyber source utilization rate, at the same time on the network to provide a unified, integrated network management public interface to the real-time monitoring-transmission equipment, management of all types of cyber source, to assist the management and maintenance of network, network management and maintenance means, improve the management and maintenance level.This paper studies the current situation of Beijing Unicom transmission network of Beijing Unicom integrated transmission network management, analysis of the general situation; it includes system application framework, principle of the system design, management and system function.
