The Research Of Integrated Transmission Network Management System Model And The Realization Of Resouce Management Sub-System

Nowadays telecom operators in China hope to build new generation integrated Transmission Network Management System (TNMS) to make highly scientific and reasonable planning for transmission network and manage Transmission network data or source more effectively. Telecom's transmission network is the base of the whole telecom's operation network. In the last few years with the fast broaden of network scale, Transmission network management system are being requested to make great development to be more integrated and agile to support the development of the whole company.So in this paper the author firstly introduce the environment and the development phases of TNMS, and then analyze how to use the eTOM frame in the integrated TNMS. Further more, according to the fact of an operator in some area, the author provide a new logic model of the integrated TNMS by using eTOM theory to realize to manage the transmission network integrated. And at last this logic model is used in the realized of the resource management sub-system which can provide some useful information about transmission network to develop the operator efficiency.
