The personnel management is an important part of enterprise management. The main content of personnel management is related to the employee’s performance and enterprise development. However, the traditional personnel management work of iron and steel enterprises still remain in the extensive manual. In the age of modern society, the information technology has been applied in various fields of society today. Wuhan Iron and steel enterprises urgently need to use information technology to reform the personnel management business process. This is design background of Wuhan Iron and steel company personnel management system. This thesis summarizes the advantages and problems of management system of the local Personnel Bureau personnel information management in enterprise and briefly describes the main aims of system. The thesis completes the system requirements analysis, architecture design and detailed design according to the actual situation of Wuhan Steel personnel management business and data process. The thesis uses Java language and SQL2005 database to design. The system structure is used with B/S system. From the aspect of function, Wuhan Iron and steel company personnel management system is divided into six modules which include system management, employee information management module, management module, staff management module and the enterprise personnel information management module. Then the main modules of the system are designed and realized in detail including the interface and key code design and implementation of the program flow chart. Finally, these main module function s of the complete data acquisition, information and personnel information management, salary management, release management, system maintenance to mobilize are tested. The results show that the system can achieve the desired objectives. The design of the system can promote the Wuhan Iron and steel enterprise personnel management to realize the information management.
