In the first decade of21th Century, the development and change of computer networkand information technology is much greater than any historical period. Today as all kinds oftechnology change rapidly, a new subject is in front of us that is how to manage informationeffectively. Within many information management software, human resources managementhas always been a popular software. Beijing Tule Technology Co Ltd is a professionalhigh-tech enterprises that engaged in products, development, production and sales of solarenergy. At present, Beijing Tule Technology Co Ltd still use the backward mode in personnelmanagement. In such a mode of management, human resources management personnel of thecompany need to spend a lot of time to fill out, classification and compilation of work tablewith low efficiency. Because of this approach requiring a lot of paper products, the companyneeds a lot of data storage space. That also causes wastes of resources. AS the staff want toread a file, he have to spend a lot of time. In order to let the company be able to adapt totoday’s rapid developing society, it is very necessary to develop a practical personalmanagement system. The system adopts the object oriented development method. It dose thebasic research of human management business in Beijing Tule Technology Co Ltd with adetailed investigation, and refer to some mainstream theories of human resourcesmanagement. After comparing the present situation of the domestic and foreign humanresources management system, and combining with human resource management BeijingTule Technology Co Ltd, we design this human resources management system based on anJava Server Pages(JSP). The main purpose of this system is to realize the informatization andautomation of the management of human resources, which can help the staffs carry on thehuman resources management and data analysis. The application of ORACLE system ofJAVA, SSH and so on, technology, has carried on demand analysis and design, to achieve thepractical effect.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the development of human resources management system of Beijing Tule Technology Co Ltd. On the base ofanalyzing the current situation of the development of human resources management system,this thesis expounds the research of objects. From the second chapter to the fifth chapter, thatis the main part of the Beijing Tule human resources management system design from start tothe final realization with the description of procession details. The second chapter of thispaper introduces the key technology needed for the design of Beijing Tule of human resourcemanagement system, and introduces and explains the basic principle of these key technologies;the third chapter introduces what have to do in analysis stage, which determines the expectedfunction of Beijing Tule human resources management system, the database, and the expectedperformance of the system. The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter is the detailed part ofsystem design. These parts analyze and design the modules and databases. The last chaptersummarizes the whole process of the system design including the expected results achievedand the deficiencies of the system design.
