In the whole market economy environment, an enterprise wants to survive and develop in the market competition, the most important is to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises and innovative ability, the most critical is the talent. Therefore, the success or failure of an enterprise, to a large extent will depend on the staffs creativity, work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility and how to retain and attract talent. The most important part of the assets of the enterprise is the talent. With the continuous development of China's social and economic development, domestic enterprises, both in the management level and management concepts are constantly improving, which makes the enterprise in the personnel information management system needs to become more. Have an information of personnel management system for small and medium-sized IT industry enterprises is very important, but want to have a mature personnel management information system, enterprises must pay huge cost for, this is our country small and medium-sized enterprise can not afford. Therefore, the development of a suitable for China's current small and medium-sized enterprise personnel management information system, will play a revolutionary impact on the development of enterprises.Firstly, this paper briefly discusses the background information, the domestic and foreign personnel information management system, and analyzes the main research contents of this project. Next, the author of the personnel management information system need to use the key technology to carry on the thorough elaboration. The in the design of the personnel management information system, take B/S system structure, station at multiple levels of the system are classified and analyzed, with the division level mainly in access layer, business logic layer, data layer and interface presentation layer the four parts. Among them, the most important is the data layer, all of the business module in the system need the data information from the data layer. Secondly, this paper describes the actual needs of the system in detail, based on the theory of JYMY personnel management information system, the system's function module architecture and the overall system architecture design. Then, this paper analyzes the realization of the system function modules, and introduces the test data which are used in the function test of the personnel management information system. Finally, this paper summarizes the shortcomings of the system design, and looks forward to the follow-up work.The main use of the personnel management information system in this paper is the WabaCus open source framework, combined with the enterprise level cache and database link pool and other advanced technology. Through practical verification, it is proved that the system has some practical significance. The personnel management information system to effectively improve the efficiency of JYMY personnel management work, with a higher market value.Since the advent of the era of big data, so the system will be developed and perfected in the next data mining and data analysis, to find out more potential customers and information in many enterprise information, so as to better improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.
