With the speed of modern enterprise scale, the complexity of the enterprise internal human resource management is also gradually increased. Using computer information technology to the enterprise internal management can make enterprise human resources information management free from the traditional manual operation, relatively high labor intensity, low efficiency, poor utilization of human resources information and so on. At the same time, enterprises develop or entrust the third party software company to develop some relatively strong function and application module that is relatively rich in custom systems, They phasing out of the system on the application function is relatively single and limited to basic personnel information collection and query, interface is not user friendly, and data information utilization rate is not high.This paper is combined with my own professional study and daily work. I do research for the human resources information management system on design and development at Shang Hai Ye Tai polishing materials factory. I provide lots of practical theoretical guidance and reference values for the overall design of enterprise human resources information management work. The human resources information management system is based on SQL Server2014 and Visual Studio2013, it has good compatibility, expansibility and security. At the same time, it carries the access control for the entire database and unit level. In the whole research process, first of all, it analyses the needs of enterprise, mastering the problems of information management and data statistics in the similar enterprises, besides it formulates the function of the whole system. It mainly includes:recruiting and configuration, information and archives, compensation and benefits, attendance and holiday, performance and bonuses, training and development, system and permissions, statistics and query module and so on. At the same time, using flow charts, It shows the structure form of the whole system of each module in detail in the design. Finally it gives the implementation part of the human resources information management system. The test results show that the human resources information management system operation of Shang Hai Ye Tai polishing materials factory is stable, the custom function has completely its current requirement of the human resources information management, it is simplistic and safe.Finally, I am summarize the whole design and development. Through the development of human resources information management system for Shanghai Ye Tai polishing materials factory, the company has a very significant increase in the overall human resource management efficiency. The process of building information technology has played a huge role in promoting the company, what is more, it has put forward the improvement direction for company reform.
