At the same time, it carries the access control for the entire database and unit level. In the whole research process, first of all, it analyses the needs of enterprise, mastering the problems of information management and data statistics in the similar enterprises, besides it formulates the function of the whole system. It mainly includes:recruiting and configuration, information and archives, compensation and benefits, attendance and holiday, performance and bonuses, training and development, system and permissions, statistics and query module and so on. At the same time, using flow charts, It shows the structure form of the whole system of each module in detail in the design. Finally it gives the implementation part of the human resources information management system. The test results show that the human resources information management system operation of Shang Hai Ye Tai polishing materials factory is stable, the custom function has completely its current requirement of the human resources information management, it is simplistic and safe.Finally, I am summarize the whole design and development. Through the development of human resources information management system for Shanghai Ye Tai polishing materials factory, the company has a very significant increase in the overall human resource management efficiency. The process of building information technology has played a huge role in promoting the company, what is more, it has put forward the improvement direction for company reform.
