I mastered the basic knowledge of salary of human resource management system. In the design stage, System’s design is mainly involved in the core personnel and Payroll. In the testing stage, under the master’s guidance, I can test the core personnel basic information and all workflows by myself. And I can guide the users to operate the system.As the project’s participant,I mastere the basic knowledge of compensation and am familiar with the knowledge of core personnel and workflow. But to truly master the logic and structure of the system, I still need time. With the system’s maintenance and optimization, I can understand the human resources management system further.
