In the modern market economy condition, the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. The realization of system management has been gradually put on the agenda and continues to heat up a company, as one of the Internet Co, is to steady progress, sustainable development in domestic and foreign counterparts to need get higher performance. In the expansion of business, departments also need to make reasonable adjustments.And adjustments need to be appropriate department manpower allocation; at the same time, policymakers also need an important basis data for making decision and execution. An effective human resources management software for the effective functioning of the Large Firm is essential. Based on the PeopleSoft system, from the a company’s actual needs and business processes, we develop and implement the human resources management system for a company.This paper mainly elaborates the paper from the following aspects:Firstly, The requirement analysis of the HRM system of a company (including Introduction to the HRM system of a company industry and Project goal of the HRM system of a company); Secondly, Project goal of the HRM system of a company (including Desing the Core HR structure and Designing the Payroll structure); Thirdly, Detail design for the HRM system of a company (includingDetail design for the Core HR and Detail design for Payroll); In addition, Implement for the HRM system of a company (including Implement for Core HR and Implement for payroll); At last, Test for the HRM system and Conclusion.As the participants of the project, I am mainly engaged in the following:In the requirement analysis for a large demand of record to understand the mechanism of the organizational structure, personnel management of a company. I mastered the basic knowledge of salary of human resource management system. In the design stage, System’s design is mainly involved in the core personnel and Payroll. In the testing stage, under the master’s guidance, I can test the core personnel basic information and all workflows by myself. And I can guide the users to operate the system.As the project’s participant,I mastere the basic knowledge of compensation and am familiar with the knowledge of core personnel and workflow. But to truly master the logic and structure of the system, I still need time. With the system’s maintenance and optimization, I can understand the human resources management system further.
