With the development of the global economy,the information is constantly being updated,the competition between enterprises is not only reflected in the market,but also reflected in the control of the information.The application field of information management system is more and more widely,and the function is also constantly enhanced.Enterprises should promptly grasp the changes in market information,and rapid response,in order to be in an invincible position in the market competition.In this case,the enterprise resource management arises at the historic moment.ERP is the abbreviation of enterprise resource planning,which is based on information technology,and it is a management platform for enterprise managers to provide efficient decision making.Since China joined the WTO,many domestic enterprises have been involved in the increasingly fierce competition in the market.If they want to have a place to live in in the global market,we need to respond to market changes,quickly adapt to market competition,reduce the production cost of enterprises,the introduction of high-tech talent,using information technology to change the product structure of the enterprise,through the efficient allocation of human,material and financial resources to improve enterprise efficiency,reduce resource waste.This paper mainly introduces the human resource management system based on B/S PeopleSoft architecture in D group.Firstly,the present status of D group was analyzed systematically.Secondly,put forward the improvement suggestions and solutions to the existing problems.,then we according to the customer's demands and the existing problems of core personnel,organizational structure,personnel information management)and compensation(salary calculation and logic implementation of the module were detailed design,to optimize the process,finally through the system architecture construction and data input and customer development,the completion of the implementation of group D human resource management system.At the end of this paper,we summarize the implementation ofthis project,and draw a conclusion that domestic enterprises need to pay attention to the implementation of ERP system in foreign countries and the method can be used for reference.PeopleSoft system implemented by D group can be achieved through the WEB interface of the human resources organization,personnel basic information,salary calculation,attendance management and other information management,it can also set the user rights and maintain the security of the system.The user can enter the human resource management system through the IE browser,and it can also manage the human resources information and maintenance system.The project development background of enterprise,D group in the implementation of the PeopleSoft HRMS system,the completion of the design and implementation of the organization and personnel and salary management of the two modules,of course also involves the design and docking of attendance,recruitment and other modules,completed the business process of carding and in the system implementation,to meet customer and market demand of customer development.After the implementation of the on-line we also help D group's core user operation and maintenance the for a period of time,found that the implementation of this system will improve the efficiency of the staff work,greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of the crowd,this system has been successfully implemented.
