With the development of society and economic, the enterprise put more and moreattention on information technology. Therefore, the application of human resourcemanagement lies in many areas, making the core competitive capabilities of enterprisemore and more effective.The content of the research in this thesis is based on Oil Company human resourcesmanagement field, and based on the special nature of the distributes. Throughrequirement analysis, we use Struts, spring, Hibernate and other advanced informationnetwork technology to develop a human resource management system to meet modernbusiness requirements and to achieve the scientific management, improving the corecompetitiveness and promoting a long-term development.Based on this requirement, we design an Oil Human Resource Management Systembased on J2EE, which has the following features.The systems use Struts for MVC, spring which is responsible for thecombination of the framework, Hibernate for data persistence. This technologycan help to develop system easily.The basic achievement is the departmental management, staff management,recruitment management, attendance management, training management,performance appraisal management, payroll management, contractmanagement, supporting decision-making and the system management module.High security for granting different users with different ID.The system can better manage human resource, make them work efficiently,which matches the speciality of resource management of Oil Company.This thesis describes details of design and implementation of system, and thesystem functional testing and security testing. The thesis implements a human resourcemanagement system based on J2EE, meeting the requirement of human resourcemanagement of Oil Company, which has its advantage, improving the ability ofmanagement.
