Research And Design Of Human Resource Management System In Mechanical & Electrical Industry

Human Resource (HR) is crucial for modern enterprises. Human Resource Management is very important for an enterprise to make resource decision and improve core competition. Today more and more people are cognizant of relying on computer to improve HRM. For using computer to manage HR is very fast, convenient and science. We call this e-HR. It is adopted very fast by most enterprises.This paper studied a Human Resource Management information system (HRMS) based on a FoShan enterprise and mainly involved the following aspects:1 The management ideas and methods of ERP was introduced, and Human Resource Management (HRM) system and the importance of the HRM in manufacturing industry was discussed in this paper;2 The architecture of the HRMS is analyzed in this paper, and the function and information models of HRMS are proposed. Meanwhile the details of the functional models are described. The main functions include information storing, data maintenance, query and statistical report.3 According to software engineering technology, the HRMS based on a Foshan enterprise was developed by author. As a practical case, this paper opens out the HRMS frame based on Supply Chain using ASP, C++ Builder program and SQL Server database. The paper also bat around the system demand analysis and database design during the system program designing and writing.4 Based on the succeeding implements of ERP system in enterprise, this paper discuss how to use HRMS to help enterprise realizing HRM assistant decision-making and achieving the whole management optimize.Finally, the conclusion and the developing trend on HRMS are put forward.
