Combined with the form of competition pattern and the diversified development, there have been more and more channels to join the business area of Jining mobile company, and the development of variety of channels parallel operation has become the present state of the industry pattern. Channel is the way to marketing and service, and parallel operation also reduces the costs and increases the profits. But the current management of the channels is faced with some problems. First of all, the channel manager appraisal system is too old to consider the rapidly expanding of the business, and the system’s information is not incomplete and the function is not perfect, which leads to management of channels being dumb, inaccurate and incomplete. Currently the competition pattern of several operators has been formed, the channel is more important for Jining mobile company to step itself. Therefore it has been a first task to design and implement a channel manager appraisal system for Jining mobile company to meet the demand of standardization and efficient management.At present, the appraisal system of all kinds of industry mainly adopted the B/S structure, and used MVC model. And some used the J2EE structure especially for the enterprise application to achieve the goal of fast, efficient and standardized development. This system combined with the requirement of functions and performance and ensured the technical architecture. It adopted the J2EE structure and the struts, spring, hibernate technology to implement this system and the system used the database SQL SERVER 2012.The mobile channel manager appraisal system for Jining mainly realized the management of examination information business, the management of examination indicators, the management of wage model, and the management of system. The first model implements the management of the organizational structure, the management of evaluation system, the maintenance of relationship of client and manager, the show of client manager, the management of user division and the corresponding relation. The second model implements the management of system count indicators, the key index calculation, the management of manual input index and the show of examination results. The third model implements the management of wage model and the key index of wage. And the last one implements the management of user, roles, menu, department, system, statistics of access times indicator explanation and factors.The use of this system can improve the level of the standardization of management of Jining mobile channel, and promote the fairness of performance appraisal and increase the enthusiasm of working and play a channel manager appraisal system guiding role to bring better development and space for the enterprise.
