With the development of economic and social,the continuous expansion of the scale of the enterprise,enterprise employee flow has gradually accelerated.This increases the management staff workload,increased the difficulty of enterprise management personnel of company staff assessment,management.With the development of science and technology and the application of computer technology in the enterprise,the company has designed and used the performance management system.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to develop an effective,simple and unified performance assessment management system of the Liaoning Province.This system mainly uses the Java language to develop the system,and uses the 11g Oracle database to carry on the data storage and so on,can well satisfy the user to the system interface friendly objective request.Based on Liao electric inspection and repair department performance appraisal management system research background and performance management of the development status of research,given the demand of the system,a more detailed analysis,Liao electrical maintenance department performance appraisal management system including basic information maintenance and management indicators,take an examination of four basic functions of process management and statistics,analysis and management.Among them,the basic information maintenance function includes three sub functions,HR basic information management,performance management,the relationship between assessment management;index management function and include the reduction of sub index management,key indicators tasks management,index management department and take an examination of post index management four sub functions;evaluation process management functions including department is responsible for the assessment process,administrative staff assessment process,team performance assessment process,common staff assessment process and other four sub function;statistical analysis management function includes annual statistical assessment,reading of the four sub functions of the statistical evaluation,performance statistics,evaluation of the results of statistics.This paper is divided into seven parts,the first part mainly to this topic research background,present situation of statistics and analysis and in this part determine the next all tasks and work.The second part mainly applied in this paper to related technology are introduced,the third part to the fifth part is to Liao electrical maintenance department performance appraisal management system needs analysis,design and implementation,to complete the performance appraisal system in the function and the relationship between data tables in a database design,through the code to complete the functional operation of the system.The sixth part is the system of the system after the completion of the product statistics and system testing,verify the correctness of the system.The seventh part is the summary of this paper..Liao electrical maintenance department performance appraisal management system can reduce the workload of manual operation of the personnel department personnel,improve the degree of automation of the assessment work,and strengthen the management of enterprise evaluation,improve corporate management level and the staff's work enthusiasm.
