Police Performance Appraisal System Based On Web Design And Realization

With the reinforcement of government cost control and intendance consciousness of the citizen, Performance Assessment of the government, which is the crucial link of improvement for government management, is been carrying out in a large scale. The Assessment system for performance based on WEB merges performance assessment with management, and realizes the optimization and recombination of organization structure and working flow. It provides a high-efficiency, perfect, normative, fair-minded performance assessment system for the police. It will help the police to cut down management cost and enhance assessment efficiency. This thesis aims to design and realize an Assessment system based on WEB technology, which is used to assess police performance. Because of the particularity of the industry and procedure, it costs much on requirements collection before development. This thesis optimizes the current working flow and regulations when analyses appraisal flow. The assessment system can meet the existing remands of assessment on police performance, and it is helpful to build a scientific and reasonable merit system.This thesis introduces the system construction and the technology solving scheme of the system by analyzing and comparing the general perform scheme. And that's to say it adopts the 3-tier construction and component developing technology that is based on the ASP technology of WEB and the Browser/Server mode. According to the users requirement, this thesis refined the operating process of the assess business, which is the basis of the system database. And also this thesis presents respectively the total design frame of the system and the design procedure of the database of both foreground and background, including the division of the system module, and the description of each module. The thesis emphases the assessment of various classes and the realizing examining process. It expresses some key calculating methods and makes a simple description of maintenance operation of the basic information. At last, this thesis makes an technique explanation about how to maintain the usability, consistency and the security of data and puts forward some further thoughts about it.
