The performance appraisal system is the main way for Taian Bank to judge the ability and performance of the staff,and it is an important means to improve the enthusiasm and satisfaction of employees.In the current performance appraisal system of Taian Bank,there are problems such as low informatization level,non-standard appraisal methods and unclear pertinence.Moreover,the business relationship within the bank is complex,and it is difficult to transfer the relationship during the evaluation process,resulting in opaque evaluation and distribution plans At present,Taian Bank has decided to optimize the performance appraisal system and improve the informationization of performance appraisal,so it has decided to develop a performance appraisal systemIt is applied to the MVC design pattern in the development of the Taian Bank performance evaluation system,which clarifies the responsibilities of components such as models,views,controllers,and reduces the coupling of development work The application of Hibernate framework reflects the idea of data persistence,which improves the flexibility of data retrieval and access.The Spring Boot framework takes data monitoring and access as the core,which ensures the security of data access behavior.SQL Server is a distributed database technology,which helps to mine the inherent value of performance analysis dataThe performance assessment system of Tai'an Bank has realized the functional modules of index database management,plan management,performance management,performance analysis,assessment plan management,and system management.The index database management module realizes the functions of index database configuration,manual index management of the clerks,adjustment of the base of the deposit account,and management of the adjustment of the base of the institution.The plan management module implements functions such as querying the plan progress of the organization,annual plan management of the organization,and monthly plan management of the staff.The performance management module implements functions such as performance allocation,credit product management,deposit performance allocation monitoring,and teller compensation business volume management.Through the performance analysis module,the functions of agency macro analysis,comparative analysis of employees,and performance report are realized.The assessment plan management module implements functions such as grade assessment,staff assessment role management,and 360 assessment.The system management module implements basic management and general parameter management functionsAfter applying the performance appraisal system,Tai'an Bank has enriched the bank's means of performance appraisal.On the basis of improving informatization means,the workload of the staff is reduced,and the accuracy of data analysis and processing is ensured.At the same time,it will help the bank to formulate reasonable performance appraisal plans and programs,implement the specific tasks in the performance appraisal,ensure the feasibility of the performance appraisal mechanism,and fully call on staff to participate in performance appraisal,and enhance the enthusiasm of personal work performance.
