Design And Implementation Of Human Resource Management System

Human resources management is the core content of model business management.With the rapid advances in computer information technology development and wide,deep applications in the organization, it objectively calls generated with this adaptationof management ideas, theories, methods, techniques and tools. Combined with theactual project’s functional requirements, it discusses in detail from various aspects ofsystem analysis, the general design of system, the detail design of system and systemimplementation.The system uses NHibernate+ASP.NET MVC+ExtJs+Unity Application Blockbuilding multi-tier application architecture with loosely coupled interface programming.It makes full use of the DI and AOP features of Unity Application Block1.2to be thecontainer of the whole framework; NHibernate makes the frame more object-oriented,and supports for multiple databases; Asp.Net Mvc changed the Webform way to makethe interface and back-end code completely separated; ExtJs creates a more beautifuland better user experience interface so that it can achieve the functions and theinterfaces which are hard for Asp.Net Webform to accomplish.This paper designs a human resources management based on B/S mode afterdiscussing the modern human resources management theory, combined with the actualsituation of enterprises and compared the domestic and foreign human resourcesmanagement system. This paper studies the human resources management system infollowing contents: recruitment management, personnel management, contractmanagement, salary management, welfare management, attendance management,training management, performance appraisal management, staff management, statisticalreports management. The purpose of development of this system is to make the businesslogic of human resources management achieve efficient and intelligent, which help theenterprise HR staff to implement the human resources management and data analysis.
