Design And Implementation Of Human Resources Outsourcing Service Platform Based On J2EE And ExtJS

Human resources service industry has become the basic industry of the worldeconomy and the driving force for the development of the national economy. It hasformed a certain market scale in China and become a rapidly developing industrywith a great prospect for development. However, the human resources systemsalready in use neither meet the needs of the business flow, nor to provide flexiblesystem interface docking government information platform.This thesis proposes a human resources outsourcing service platformdesign.The thesis’s main work is as follows:(1) Research on the characteristics and development trends of human resourcesservices at home and abroad, analyze the diversity of products in human resourcesservices and the differences of local policies and regulations,and propose thecurrent conditions and deficiencies of human resources services platform.(2)Analyze the technology features of ExtJS and J2EE; focus on the SpringFramework and MVC design pattern in platform, as well as the technical principlesof persistence layer framework iBATIS, put forward a ExtJS-Spring-iBATISframework integration solutions.Combined with workflow technology, design anddeploy human resources outsourcing services platform based on B/S structure.(3)Improve the CRUD operations based on ExtJS technique, describe therealization method of main function module in the human resources serviceplatform, and show the practical application effects.
